HAH and the Hawaii State Center for Nursing (HSCN) have collaborated on a resource document of governmental and nationally developed guidance on COVID-19 for post-acute care. Post-acute care settings include: long-term care, adult residential care, continuum of life care, home health, and hospice. These organizations care for our kupuna who are at risk of complications due to COVID-19.
