2019 Workshop Series for Caregivers of Persons Living with Memory Loss: GEMS, More Than Just Loss – Dementia Progression Patterns @ Catholic Charities Hawaiʻi, Community Hall

national Mentor, with more than 20 years of professional and personal
experience caring for people with dementia. She is Director of Community
Engagement for Hale Kuʻike Memory Care Home at Nuʻuanu, Bayside &
Pali locations.

Positive Approach to Care™ seminars, developed by dementia
advocate and Occupational Therapist Teepa Snow, provide essential
information for families and professional care partners on how to have a
positive and meaningful relationship with loved ones living with Alzheimer’s
disease and other forms of dementia throughout their journey.

Parking Instructions will be given to registrants prior to
workshop.  Light refreshments provided.
