COVID-19 Resource Review for Post-Acute Care
Access free, on-demand learning modules designed for post-acute care facilities
These webinars, available through June 30, 2020, review COVID-19 resources for post-acute care which is intended to serve as a quick reference to identifying guidance, best practices, and standards-of-care in the rapidly emerging COVID-19 environment in Hawai’i.
By the end of the modules, participants will be able to:
Find the repository of COVID-19 resources compiled for post-acute care settings
Identify what local and national COVID-19 resources are available to support post-acute care settings in delivering care
Interpret the types of COVID-19 resources by their intended use
The Hawai`i State Center for Nursing is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
The Hawaii State Center for Nursing designates this activity for a maximum of 2.25 contact hours.
Program Requirements to Receive Contact Hours:
Hawai‘i State Center for Nursing is committed to complying with the policy and criteria set for by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Participants should only claim credit commensurate to their participation in this activity. You must successfully complete all program requirements to receive credit for educational activities. Please note, this activity consists of four individual modules. Credit may be claimed per module.
• Complete 100% of the activity
• Complete a post-test with a minimum 70% score
• Complete an evaluation form
Certificate of Completion:
HSCN will provide your certificate of completion upon completion of each module. Certificates will be delivered by July 15, 2020.
