October 13, 2017 all-day

On behalf of the Children and Youth Summit planning committee, please share this opportunity to have your agency/business provide an information table at the 2017 Children and Youth Summit, on Friday, October 13th, 2017.

Up to 300 children and youth and youth advocates will participate in the 2017 Children and Youth Summit to assist the Legislature in identifying critical issues that affect the lives of youth, their families and the broader community.  It is also an opportunity to work with their peers to help identify viable solutions that can be brought before the Legislature during the 2018 Legislative Session and also to help mobilize the community to take action.

The theme of this year’s event is Our Visions, Our Voices, Our Future. Summit attendees will experience rich and diverse panel discussions led by community leaders, business professionals and youth, on such various topics such as bullying prevention, sustaining the environment, embracing our culture, community service, juvenile justice, sexual abuse prevention, and much more.  Attendees will walk away with the tools, inspiration and determination for a better Hawaii for our children and youth.

Exhibit space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Exhibit information must be youth friendly and subject to the rules and policies set forth in the attached exhibit registration form. Children and Youth Summit Planning Committee Members reserve the right to accept or deny registrations. Please note: you must bring your own tables, chairs and information. Parking passes are not provided. For more information or questions, please contact Sonia at Sonia.Blackiston@ppgnhi.org or Regina at regina@hysn.org.
