Learn how the City and County of San Francisco Department of Aging and Adult Services (SF DAAS) is working on both the macro and micro levels to adopt and implement a Reframing Aging initiative across the department, as well as with community partners and service providers. Presenters represent all levels of the change process including leadership, communications and community partners. Learn what planning, actions and collaborations are necessary to embark and sustain this wide-scale initiative in an extremely diverse community.
