This 13-month webinar series, in conjunction with Proactive Medical Review, will focus on the clinical, operational, and reimbursement updates necessary for success with Phase 3 Requirements of Participation and preparing for the 2019 Medicare Reimbursement update under the proposed Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM).

  • HAH Members Series Registration cost per connection: $800 (a savings of $175!)

Individual webinar sessions are:

  • $75 per connection for HAH Members

NAB Approved Contact Hours 1.25 each session

Select webinar sessions (Phase 2 and Phase 3 sessions only) are pending approval by the National Association of Social Workers – Hawai’i Chapter.

This continuing nursing education activity is pending approval by Oregon Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
