Leaders, from front line supervisors to CEO’s, need tools to meet the expectations of healthcare’s new challenges. Ironically, most industry supervisors have never gone through supervisory training.

Bob is the founder of Fazzi Associates, one of the oldest and largest home care and hospice consulting, training, outsourcing and research firms in the nation. Bob is a nationally recognized speaker, author, futurist and change expert. He is widely published in trade journals and the author of a number of books including Management Plus™, published by McGraw Hill and named a main selection on Fortune Magazine’s Book of the Month Club.
He has been Director or Co-Director of many of Fazzi’s national studies including serving as lead researcher for Fazzi’s four best practice National State of the Home Care and Hospice Industry studies. He has provided organizational, planning and change services to home care agencies, hospices, associations and a broad range of community-based health care systems for over forty years. In Hawaii, Bob has worked with organizations ranging from HMSA, the Hawaii Home Care and Hospice Association, State Department of Education and Department of Mental Health. He has provided management training and organizational development support to such agencies as Mental Health Kokua and Seagull Schools.
*Fazzi is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This training has been approved for 6 nursing contact hours.
