Course Description

In partnership with Pu’ulu Lapa’au, HAH and HHERF are proud to present this webinar series, Coaching Skills for Effective Leadership!

In the development of clinicians and other professional roles within the field of healthcare, leadership skills are often overlooked. When promoted to a management position, many do not have the skills needed to be effective. What tends to emerge is leadership based on hierarchy and compliance, which often leads to stress for both staff and management. Leadership skills are critical to developing strong teams and a motivated workforce

Join us as Dr. Ryan Bayley, Executive Coach for healthcare leaders, shares what it means to take a coaching approach to leadership. In this series, we will evaluate coaching techniques to create an environment of psychological safety, communicate effectively with staff, and motivate staff toward positive and productive outcomes.

To get the most out of this training, be sure to register for all 3 sessions!
