Each year, the Healthcare Association of Hawaii recognizes the best local professionals with Hawaii healthcare’s equivalent of the Academy Awards.
This year’s theme is Black and Gold Masquerade Ball. We hope to see everyone in your black and gold dressy attire and venetian mask.
This year, the celebration dinner will be held on Saturday, October 20 at the Ko’olau Ballrooms in Kaneohe.

Now is your chance to recognize those outstanding professionals in your organization who you are SO grateful for. That person who goes further than expected to brighten the days of patients and staff. That individual who, by example, makes your whole facility shine.

Become a Sponsor
Sponsorships for the next Hawaii Healthcare Heroes awards and the 2018 HAH Awards and Scholarship Gala are now available for those who would like to recognize talented and compassionate professionals working in Hawaii’s healthcare sector.
As in past years there are two sponsorship types from which to choose:
Public Award sponsorships, which make possible the public call for nominations for the only patient-nominated awards program in the nation, and offer tv, radio, newspaper and online exposure; and
HAH Member Award sponsorships, which support the gala in honor of the awardees. This year’s Gala is on Saturday, October 20 at the Ko’olau Ballrooms.
Public Award Sponsorships are due April 30. Member Award Sponsorships are due August 20.

Donate to Our Silent Auction
We are now accepting Silent Auction donations for our annual Awards and Scholarship Gala in October.
The auction proceeds support healthcare scholarships for Hawaii students, and assist in building Hawaii’s future healthcare workforce. Popular auction items include gift cards, wine, plane tickets or other travel-related donations, gift baskets, and electronics.
The popular Wine Wall will be back again this year, so donated bottles worth $25 or more are requested in support of this Silent Auction feature.
Last year 15 Hawaii students received more than $27,000 in scholarship money. They were studying in fields such as nursing, medicine, physical therapy, and healthcare administration, and their degree programs ranged from the associate level to the doctoral level.
