Pamela Duchene, PhD, APRN-BC, NEA, FACHE, is the Senior Vice President of Education and Training for Harmony Healthcare International, Inc. (HHI), a nationally recognized, premier Healthcare Consulting firm specializing in C.A.R.E.S.  Compliance, Analysis,  Audits, Regulatory, Rehabilitation, Reimbursement, Education, Efficiency and Survey.

Pam oversees the National Educational Curriculum and National Program Development.  She trains healthcare professionals across the country on Compliance, Infection Control, QAPI, Regulatory, Rehabilitation and Survey. Pam has published and presented nationally on nursing leadership, recruitment, shared governance, pain, and rehabilitation. 

Pam has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry spanning the Acute and Post-Acute Care Setting including 25 years in the Chief Nursing Officer role within acute care systems, holding positions of leadership of inpatient and outpatient nursing centers, rehabilitation, ambulance services, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory services, as well as occupational health services.

She continues clinical practice as a geriatric nurse practitioner and has published and presented nationally on nursing leadership, recruitment, shared governance, pain, and rehabilitation. 

Pam received a PhD in nursing from Rush University (Chicago), and a nurse practitioner post-graduate degree from the University of Massachusetts/Boston.  Pam maintains certifications in NEA, Pain Management, FACHE, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.  Pam is an adjunct professor at Regis college, her Alma Mater.


Continuing Education

To receive a nursing (ANCC) CE Certificate, each individual must pay the registration fee (if applicable), click on the unique webinar link issued to them via email and attend the session(s), and complete the designated post-test and speaker evaluation for each session. Please allow 30 days for processing of certificates.

Attendees must click on the webinar link issued in the confirmation email from customercare@gotowebinar.com for their attendance to be recorded, a requirement to earn continuing education contact hours. Registrants who dial in by phone only will not be eligible for continuing education credit.

For Webinars 1-3, CEs are issued through Harmony Healthcare International, Inc. Valid for the live and on-demand webinars through 3/24/2024: Harmony Healthcare International (HHI) is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Participants can earn one (1) contact hour per webinar.

For Webinars 4-5, CEs are issued through Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Valid for the live and on-demand webinars through 3/16/2024: Southwestern Vermont Medical Center is approved as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Participants can earn one (1) contact hour per webinar.

For Webinar 6, CEs are issued through KrisBHarmony, LLC. KrisBHarmony, LLC is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
