Overview

Need to ensure your team is survey ready? This intensive 8-week workshop establishes department specific expectations and provides the insights key staff members need to understand the survey process, ensure collective survey preparedness, and overcome deficiencies.

Whether you’re new to the LTC survey process, seeking to refresh staff skills, or taking action to reset after less-than-optimal past health inspection outcomes, this training is for you.

Janine Lehman RN, RAC-CT, CLNC
Director of Legal Nurse Consulting

Janine Lehman RN, RAC-CT, CLNC, is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience in long term care, working in all nursing capacities from Nursing Assistant and Charge Nurse, to MDS Coordinator, Staff Development Coordinator, ADON and DON. She is MDS Certified through AANAC, and is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Her background includes serving as a Corporate Nurse Consultant, and the Director of Clinical Services for a multi-facility, multi-level of care organization. She has extensive experience in the RAI process, clinical documentation, legal nurse consulting, restorative nursing programs, fall management, QAPI, and infection control, and has provided training on these topics for State and National organizations.

Registration includes access for up to two (2) registrants in your facility. Need more team members to participate? Add them for a discounted rate.

Each registrant in your group receives their own unique link to join the virtual sessions and are eligible to earn continuing education credits. All purchases include access to the on-demand recordings and handouts.

Continuing Education

Proactive LTC Consulting is managing all NAB credits; HAH is managing ANCC credits.

Valid for the live sessions only: One (1) NAB contact hour has been approved for each session. Nursing Home Administrators must provide their NAB ID # when registering in order for CE credit to be automatically uploaded to their NAB Registry account. (Example of NAB ID #: R1234567).

Valid for the live and on-demand content: This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by Oregon Nurses Association, an accredited approver of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation, for 8 contact hours. Approval valid through 03/20/26 (live activity) or 02/15/27 (enduring activity). OCEAN ID #2024-06.

State licensure boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses. Janine Lehman and the planners of this educational activity have no relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies to disclose. To receive a continuing education certificate, each person must register, pay the registration fee, attend the sessions, and complete the corresponding HAH evaluations.
