HAH Job Opening
HAH is seeking a team player to serve as the HAH Director of Quality of Programs.
A few essential duties include:
Develop and maintain relationships and act as a liaison between membership and local & national clinical quality leaders, regulatory enforcement agencies and other key stakeholders
Coordinate patient safety, quality and maternal health initiatives as directed by funders through contracts or grants. Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements including tracking budgets, meeting data submission goals, implementing action plans and timely submission of reports.
Develop projects plans to support successful implementation and execution of quality improvement initiatives as defined through the Medicaid DPP Quality or other Value Based Payment (VBP) programs
