Big Moves! Monday is an exercise program designed to get your week started the right way. This program activates all the muscles in your body with big intentional movements, thereby helping to reduce stiffness, improve circulation, coordination, and balance.

Instructor: Glen Higa is a certified personal trainer and was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson’s. He has adopted exercise into his daily life to keep physically and mentally strong.
