Friday, Jan 21 – Individual Goal-Setting Consultation
All Sessions, aside from individual consultations, begin at 5:00 PM

This interactive workshop hosted by a Registered Dietitian with National Kidney Foundation of Hawai`i will help you plan kidney-friendly eating. Topics include kidney functions, causes of chronic kidney disease, dietary impacts, and lifestyle changes to manage disease progression. This is open to adults living with chronic kidney disease, those at risk, families, and caregivers. All participants will be expected to complete activities and paperwork to get the most benefit.
