Body&Brain practice provides practical techniques and programs to help you care for all three of these important aspects of life. Explore training methods designed to Improve your flexibility, balance, agility, and energy. Modifications to the exercises will be provided for those with different levels of mobility and fitness. Classes are led by certified instructors for Body&Brain Yoga Tai Chi. With Brain Education trainings, Body&Brain trainers provide guidance to mindfully manage stress, health and find peace in your days.

This interactive workshop hosted by a Registered Dietitian with National Kidney Foundation of Hawai`i will help you plan kidney-friendly eating. Topics include kidney functions, causes of chronic kidney disease, dietary impacts, and lifestyle changes to manage disease progression. This is open to adults living with chronic kidney disease, those at risk, families, and caregivers. All participants will be expected to complete activities and paperwork to get the most benefit.
